Kateřina helped us organise our wedding, which took place on June 8, 2024. Communication was absolutely seamless. From the very beginning, she assisted us with selecting the venue, catering, photographer and all other services we needed. She prepared a decoration concept based on our preferences, ordered the flowers and arranged them on site. The day before the wedding, she coordinated the entire setup of the venue, and on the wedding day itself, she ensured everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Boca Events was founded by Kateřina Trejbal, a professional with events quite literally in her blood. After years of working on international congresses, marketing conferences and music festivals, she brought precision, a strong sense of design and the ability to manage even the most complex productions into her own business.
Today, she leads a team of women united by a background in arts management, a love for culture and art, and a firm, reliable approach to organisation.
